Homes@shire Ltd guarantee the lowest fees payable in your area with selling fees of only 0.75% and our popular Self Sell option starting from £60.00 per month.

Landlords can take advantage of our competitive letting fees with our fully managed, tenant only find or rent collection packages.

We are able to offer a bespoke service delivering the investment returns you’re looking for and, with the range of services available, we can provide you with the experience and peace of mind when you need it most. We take pride in the Lettings services we offer, from start to finish, ensuring you have peace of mind over probably your biggest investment.

Tenants

Homes@shire Ltd lettings let and manage a variety of furnished and unfurnished properties throughout your local area.

Our property database is updated daily which will ensure you get to see the latest properties we have available. Each property is inspected by our team to ensure it meets with our high standards. Once the tenancy is under way, we will continue to support you as a tenant and in most cases will carry out inspections to check all is running smoothly with your new home.

All security deposits are held in a designated Government approved Deposit scheme. We can also offer Zerodeposit on certain properties subject to referencing.

In order to receive a regularly updated list of our available rental properties, please register and we will contact you with details of new properties to suit your specified requirement.

Please keep in mind that a range of checks will be carried out on all prospective tenants by our referencing partner.
